![]() I've been to Splash Island today with my family and we bought the all day pass at metrodeal for 250 pesos per person instead of 500 pesos per person (which is the rate for adults) I think for the kids it is 400 pesosġ Balsa River- lots of leaves and twigs and dirt particles lying around the water which makes it somehow disturbing and wish they have more maintenance in this area to ensure the cleanlinessĢ Agos Grande- a giant wave pool before that runs continuously before but now they turn it off at intervals due to the huge inflatable balloon there and I saw a floating Chippy pack floating despite the management saying that no foods can be brought inside but it seems that they cannot ensure the total cleanliness of the pool areaģ Big Bamboo and Twisted Palms- both of these slides are really short however the twisted palms was a bit more nerve wracking because before you exit the pool it is a steep descend so it is a bit frightening plus I would also want to address the flotation devices that Splash Island should take better care of. I wouldn't recommend going here during summer time. There are also separate restrooms inside the place. The female shower rooms have poor lighting, but there are toilet cubicles and dressing areas inside. ![]() The restrooms were okay not too dirty but not exactly very clean either. Don't try the P100 nachos, they are awful. We had whole roasted chicken for lunch which cost P300. The food inside was mundane but the prices were high, bottled water cost P35, cup noodles P25. And the Magellan's drop was really worth the line. There are also free lifeguards for children, which is a good thing. We wished that the "floats" were placed upstairs instead. ![]() We had to carry the "floats" we had to use on the slides which don't weigh much but when you start climbing the stairs, can feel like tons.My mother, who wasn't carrying anything, was very exhausted in climbing the stairs. We enjoyed riding the slides tho, especially my younger brothers. and a locker (P100) we were disappointed to see that the slides had an operating schedule (Slides like Magellan's Drop, Rio and King Pilipit) of 12-1:30 and 3:00-4:30. When we arrived at the place, we rented a "small cabana" which cost P1000. For instace, since we don't have a car, we had to commute from Calamba,Laguna (a jeepney ride away) but in order to reach Splash Island, we had to take a tricycle which cost us P180 (a trike could fit 5 people, there were 6 of us.) My mother got tickets online (Metrodeal, I think) for 299 php each. The place was still open and not very crowded at all. Since we couldn't reschedule our plans, we decided to go ahead with it. We visited this place last Jan 18, a Sunday wherein a storm was expected.
